Srinagar, Sept 14: Dr. S.P. Vaid, Special Director General (Coordination), called on Governor N N Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today, after having taken charge of his new responsibility a few days ago.
DG (Coordination) briefed the Governor about the arrangements put in place for securing coordination among the law enforcement agencies responsible for internal security management.
The Governor spoke to Dr. Vaid about several matters which needed immediate attention for the restoration of normalcy in the State.
The Governor wished a successful tenure to Dr. Vaid.
