JAMMU, Apr 8: Dogra Front and Shiv Sena (DF&SS) held protest against the security provided to the pro-Pakistan individuals.
The activists of Dogra Front and Shiv Sena led by its president Ashok Gupta assembled outside Press Club and raised slogans against the Government for providing security to the pro-Pakistan individuals and burned their effigies. The protestors demanded immediate withdrawal of security and re-opening of cases against these people involved in the death of various people.
Addressing the protestors, Ashok Gupta said huge amounts worth crores were being spent on the security of the pro Pakistan people. Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, when took over as CM gave credit to the Hurriyat and the terrorists for the peaceful elections which showed his intentions towards this country although the Election Commission and the security forces were the main contributors for peaceful elections, he added.
Gupta demanded that the security of these pro-Pakistan people should be removed and the money used for their security should be utilized for improving the condition of police and security forces so that the lives of the people of J&K can be saved and the security forces can fight with anti-national elements with full arsenal.
Among others present were Sukhdev Singh, Tony, Vijay, Geeta, Santosh, Kailash, Darshna, Rani, Shakuntla, etc.
