JAMMU, May 6: A deputation of migrants, led by Ashok Kumar Sidha, Ashok Dhar (both from PDP),Ex MLC BL Bhagat and MK Yogi (from NC) called on ARO, Relief Commissioner Migrants, Jammu, regarding the news published in the Daily Excelsior pertaining to Election Photo Identity Cards.
The deputation expressed concern over the news, which says that all the migrants should reach Jagti with their Indentity proofs.
The members told ARO that in view of hot days it is not possible for every migrant to reach Jagti township, as many are residing at different locations in Jammu.
The ARO patiently heard the deputation and assured them that the process of Photo Identity Cards will also be done in Shanker Building, Jammu, from May 15 to 25, 2013.
