SAMBA, Jan 24: Under the guidance of Prof. Ashok Aima, Vice Chancellor, Central University of Jammu (CUJ) in collaboration with Indira Gandhi Dental College and Hospital a dental health check up and awareness camp was held at Kendriya Vidyalaya, CUJ Rahya here today.
A team of doctors from the Department of Public Health Dentistry, Indira Gandhi Dental College led by Dr Iqbal Singh, Assistant Professor examined students from KV and adjoining schools and prescribed necessary treatment and advised the students about proper dental care.
Dr Vasudha Registrar, IGDC gave a detailed lecture on dental hygiene. Dr B N Balliya, Dr Aman Asstt. Professor, CUJ, Dr Harpreet Singh MO, CUJ Mohan Lal, Principal KV and Sunil Dutt Manager J&K Bank were also present on the occasion.
