JAMMU, Nov 20: Dena Bank is offering housing loan at 8.25 percent, lowest in the banking industry. The bank also launched Dena Retail Loan Carnival for housing loan and car loan.
This was stated by GL Sharma, Zonal Manager, Dena Bank Ludhiana Zone in a statement issued today. He added that the carnival has been launched from November 16 to December 31 with a view to promote housing and vehicle loans to public at the lowest rate of interest.
During the carnival, the bank will provide home loans up to Rs 75 lakh at 8.25 per cent per annual and car loans at 9 per cent per annual and .10 per cent special concession will be offered to women borrowers for car loan, informed Sharma.
He said that the bank will not charge any processing fees and documentation charges on these loan schemes, adding that the interested persons can contact Branch Manager of any branch of Dena Bank for availing these loans.
