NEW DELHI : Assembly elections in Delhi will be held on 7th February. the Election Commission announced here today.
Counting of votes will take place on February 10. Announcing the dates at a news conference here, Chief Election Commissioner V S Sampath said the Model Code of Conduct comes into effect immediately. The date of notification is January 14 Wednesday, Last date of nomination is January 21, scrutiny will be held on January 22 and last date for withdrawals is January 24.
