JAMMU, Dec 6: A three-member CII delegation led by Ravnish Gulati, Chairman, CII J&K Council met Anant Tayal, MD, JPDCL and discussed various issues which are hampering Industrial growth in Jammu and Kashmir.
During meeting, the delegation projected the major points which include, pending payments of MSME units, variable tender pricing, market support, improving the existing infrastructure, Power tariff for service sector, absence of critical infrastructure, amendment in Old Electricity Supply and Connection Rule, introduction of Solar Policy for Net Metering and Grid Connectivity of Grid connected Rooftop and Small Solar Photovoltaic Systems in J&K besides freezing of Power tariffs for the next five years.
During the discussion, Tayal assured for the best possible support over the issues raised by Industry members.
Gulati was accompanied by Abhinandan Singh Sachdev, local Industrialist from Gangyal and Sourav Sharma, Executive Officer, CII J&K Council.
