Death Penalty

Sir,
Finally after a long wait Parliament passed a stringent legislation prescribing death penalty to those convicted of raping girls below the age of 12 years and making the law against such sexual offences harsher. I expect that it will stop crime against minor girls. Without further delay, the law must come into force, so that no one dare repeat it in any other place. The Government deserves kudos for the same.
