RAJOURI, June 2: The Assistant Director CAPD Rajouri today suspended the licence of ration dealer at village Nerojal in Thanna Mandi today while Police registered FIR against the same dealer for causing damage to the RDD store.
Reports said that CAPD department suspended the licence of Javed Ahmed Magray, ration dealer Nerojal ( Thannamandi) after BDO Thannamandi and ACD, RDD Rajouri Noor Alam initiated legal action against him. The BDO concerned in a letter to the ACD said that this dealer was illegally occupying RDD seed store/ old Panchayat Ghar and using it as his private ration outlet since long. He allegedly damaged the structure with the intention to raise pucca ration store for him. The locals of the area objected to it and informed BDO and ACD today.
On directions of the ACD, Noor Alam, the police registered FIR No. 80/ 2016 in this connection. Meanwhile, AD CAPD Rajouri, Javed Choudhary taking serious note of the issue suspended the licence of the ration dealer who is also said to be the president of the Dealers Association of his area.
