JAMMU, Jan 27: The dead body of a fetus was recovered today from a ladies washroom in Gandhi Nagar Hospital.
“A dead fetus was recovered this afternoon from the dustbin of a ladies washroom in Government Hospital, Gandhi Nagar,” a police official said, adding the gender of the fetus was not immediately known as it was only around 4 months old.
He said the body was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification/postmortem while a case under relevant sections was registered at police station Gandhi Nagar.
