SRINAGAR, Nov 6: Police recovered the body of a man from a nallah in the city outskirts.
A police spokesman said that the body of Sayar Ahmad Sofi, son of Ali Mohammad, resident of Hamdania Colony-Bemina was recovered from Padshahi Bagh Nallah at Padshahi Bagh, Srinagar. The deceased was missing since October 30. The body was handed over to his legal heirs after completion of legal formalities. Police has initiated inquest proceeding under Section 174 CrPC in this regard.
