KISHTWAR, Sept 14: District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, Angrez Singh Rana today chaired a meeting of revenue officials to review the performance of the department.
The meeting was attended by Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, Garidwars and Patwaries. The DC stressed on maintenance of tour dairies by the revenue officials and asked them to submit the same to his office.
He directed for conduct of harvest inspections by the Patwaris and updating of land record passbook, conduct of Khatma Intkal and submission of the same to DC office. He also stressed on preparation of village dairy by the Patwaris.
The DC also enjoined upon all the field functionaries to conduct field visits as per schedule. He said any laxity on the part of any official would be viewed seriously.
