REASI, June 28: A one day camp was today organized by Chief Education Officer Reasi in collaboration with Alimco Kanpur and Punjab at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Reasi.
District Development Commissioner Ravinder Kumar was the chief guest on the occasion.
The DC said that the main objective of holding such camps is to provide aid to the children with special needs and sensitize the masses about the hardships of the disabled children.
A number of students from all zones of the district along with children with special needs took part in the camp.
On the occasion, the DC distributed wheel chairs among the disabled children.
Among others Chief Education Officer, Vinod Kumar Soni , Zonal Education Officer, Principal Boys Higher Secondary School , officers of various departments and parents of the children were present on the occasion.
