Jammu, Feb 13: The District Child Protection Unit, Jammu today started a drive to generating awareness with respect to Integrated Child Protection Scheme/ Childline among Children and their family members of slum at Dhounthli Dakki Panjtirthi in the presence of District Child Protection Officer Jammu, Ranbireshwar Singh Jamwal, Anupa Sharma POIC (ICPS) and team of volunteers from Central University of Jammu. Kids and their parents were made aware of the general concept of Integrated Child Protection Services/Childline, rights pertaining to the children in need of care and protection. Further suggestions were made by District Child protection Officer Jammu to the Kids and their parents to dial the Toll free no 1098 in case of any issue pertaining to Child Rights.
