JAMMU, Mar 5: In a meeting here today District Congress Committee Jammu (Urban) paid floral tributes to Anil Chopra (former DCC President) on his 1st death anniversary.
Senior Congress leaders remembered contribution of Anil Chopra in different capacities to the party and the people.
The function was attended by a large number of people including prominent leaders of Congress, sympathizers and family friends of late Anil Chopra.
Former Minister and Vice President JKPCC, Raman Balla, Vikramaditya Singh (ex-MLC), General Secretaries PCC, Manmohan Singh and Namrata Sharma, Ashok Dogra (ex-MLA), Pranav Shagotra, Uday Bhanu Chib and other senior Congress leaders paid floral tributes to late Anil Chopra.
Paying tributes, Raman Bhalla described Anil Copra a grass root leader of the party who always remained attached to party workers and common people of the State.
