JAMMU, Apr 15: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by practicing advocates seeking computerization of courts, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur today directed Advocate Amrish Kapoor to furnish copy of proposal sent by the High Court regarding computerization of cases and incorporation of system of e-filing to the AAG appearing for the State within one week.
The DB also directed AAG to get instructions in this regarding within one week.
