JAMMU, Nov 18: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Citizen Forum through its President R K Chadha alleging that fly-over from Shakuntla Chowk-Balwinder Chowk-Ambphalla has been abandoned for some extraneous reasons. Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur today directed CEO ERA to file status report failing which he shall remain present in the court on next date of hearing.
Senior Advocate SS Lehar with Advocate Aditya Sharma appeared for the petitioner whereas AAG Ehsan Mirza appeared for the State.
