JAMMU, Nov 20: Division Bench of High Court comprising Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Sindhu Sharma has directed Union Ministry of Rural Development to file a status report regarding the implementation of Himayat Scheme in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh.
The DB also issued notice to the Commissioner/Secretary, Rural Development Department, Union Territory of Ladakh and Commissioner/Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir for filing status report regarding the working of the Himayat Scheme in the UTs.
“The status report shall be filed within four weeks from today”, the DB said.
