JAMMU, Mar 16: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Viklang Chattra Trust through its organizer Satya Pal Saraf seeking better care of Old Age Home, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat today impleaded Divisional Commissioner Jammu as party respondent and directed Registry to issue notice to him returnable within one week.
“In the prayer made before the court Khukhran Charitable Trust has expressed willingness to donate 10 kanal of land at Katal Batal as such presence of Divisional Commissioner Jammu is necessary for disposal of the matter”, the DB said.
