JAMMU, May 28: Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice Sanjay Kumar Gupta has sought exact time-frame from the State the completion of tourism projects in Mantalai and Sudhmahadev areas.
The direction was passed in a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Advocate Summit Nayyar seeking directions for development of tourist infrastructural facilities at Mantalai and Sudhmahadev.
After hearing Advocate Sumit Nayyar (petitioner in person) whereas Government Advocate AH Bhat for the State, DB directed respondents to file an affidavit stating therein the period within which the developmental projects with regard to Mantalai and Sudhmahadev will be completed. “The affidavit shall also give details of the amount that has been spent on these projects till now”, the DB added.
