JAMMU, Nov 18: Bashir Ahmed Dar, Special Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, vice Kumar Rajeev Ranjan, who has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department.
A formal order in this regard was issued today by the General Administration Department.
