JAMMU, Oct 24: Ghulam Mohd Dar, Section Officer of Head of Department Cadre, has been promoted on stop-gap arrangement as Incharge Administrative Officer and posted in the office of Chief Executive Officer, Jammu and Kashmir Energy Development Agency (JAKEDA), on ex-cadre basis, against available vacancy.
An order for the higher placement was issued today by the General Administration Department.
