Jammu, July 14: As approved by IYC and to further strengthen the Youth Congress in Jammu and Kashmir, Ricky Dalotra has been appointed as vice president PYC J&K.
He was welcomed by PCC chief GA Mir and other senior leaders at party office, Shahidi Chowk Jammu. Mir said that Dalotra is an energetic, young and dedicated leader and deserves all appreciations. His appointment as vice president PYC will further strengthen the Youth Congress in J&K.
