Customers irked with BSNL service

KISHTWAR, Apr 15: The customers in district Kishtwar have irked with the services of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) as the same are getting worst by each passing day.
Since its (BSNL) service started in Kishtwar in 2003 there had always been  complaints that the service is very down and is needed to be given major boost to its functioning but authorities did nothing in this regard.
With each and every passing day world is experiencing better telecommunication facilities but in Kishtwar the trend is reverse.
“After flood in the month of September 2014, the services have worsened. Despite hundreds of requests time and again no steps have been taken by the BSNL authorities to look into the matter. Internet service is totally down, the service of BSNL is very gruesome”, said a BSNL customer.
Paddar tehsil of Kishtwar is having only BSNL connectivity that too is very less functional. If somebody wants to call, it doesn’t work and after continuous trying for hours together call hardly gets connected, he added.
The BSNL customers residing in Kishtwar district appealed to the BSNL authorities to provide better connectivity, otherwise they will opt services of private companies in the time to come.
Congress leader Randeep Bhandari requested the BSNL to provided good and better service as like others private companies y in Kishtwar.
