JAMMU, Feb 16: The Government today ordered suspension of Farooq Ahmad Shah, the then, Custodian Trade Facilitation Centre, Salamabad, Uri with effect from January 1 in pursuance of J&K Civil Services Rules.
The Government further ordered that Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sumbal, will take over as new Custodian Trade Facilitation Centre, Salamabad.
Masarat Hashim, Assistant Commissioner, Revenue, Bandipora, will hold the additional charge of the post of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sumbal till further orders.
However, the Government order didn’t give any reasons for suspension of Farooq Ahmad Shah.
