SAMBA, Sept 25: Mutilated currency notes were found in a gunny bag abandoned by some body in the bushes near village Sapwal in district Samba today.
Reports said a villager found the gunny bag lying in the bushes and informed concerned police. A police party from Sapwal moved to the site and found majority of the notes damaged due to rains and termite. Some currency notes were also found in better condition. The police registered a case and started investigation.
