JAMMU, July 4: Civic Safai Karamchari Union (CSKU), JMC, today discussed their demands in a meeting held here today under the chairmanship of union president, Rinku Gill.
In the meeting, Rinku Gill apprised the members that recently a deputation of the union met Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh, and put forth their demands. He told the members that the Deputy CM assured the deputation that he will personally look into the grievances of the Union after the conclusion of Amarnath Ji Yatra.
He further informed that the Deputy CM told the deputation that Commissioner/Secretary, Finance Department, J&K Government, has approved the financial implications incurred in conceding the demands of the Union and now the final approval is awaited from the Finance Department.
He further said that the members of the union will be apprised about the next to course of action regarding the strike of the union.
