CS to head Panel on suspension cases

JAMMU, Sept 22: The Government today constituted a Committee to review suspension cases of the officers of All India Services.
The Committee will be headed by the Chief Secretary as its Chairman.
The Financial Commissioner Health and Medical Education Department will be member of the Committee while the Commissioner/Secretary GAD will be the Member Secretary.
The Home Secretary/Director General of Police will be co-opted as Members in a case concerning the IPS officers while the Administrative Secretary Forest, Ecology and Environment/Principal Chief Conservator of Forest will be co-opted as members in the cases of IFS officers.
