JAMMU, Feb 24: 33rd Battalion of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) today organized a medical camp at village Dradhu in tehsil Bhaderwah. District Doda.
Amit Bhasin, ASP Bhaderwah inaugurated the camp and said that this initiative of CRPF will go long way in providing medical facilities to the people in the far flung areas of Bhaderwah, where medical facilities are not available.
Chief Medical Officer Dr Jagbir Singh from CRPF and Dr Kamal Jeet Singh (Phys) from SDH Dandi, tehsil Bhaderwah examined the patients.
In this camp, around 220 patients were examined and free medicines were distributed to the needy patients. Hearing aids were distributed to seven identified hearing impaired persons. People from various villages including Dradhu, Bhalla and Seri took part in the camp.
On the occasion, Narvir Singh, Commandant 33 Battalion, RD Yadav, Deputy Commandant, Balbir Singh, Asstt Commandant, Sajjad Ahmed, SDPO, Bhaderwah, Ravi Kumar, SHO, Bhaderwah, Ajay Kumar, Nayab tehsildar, Bhaderwah and Roshan Lal, Sarpanch, Dradhu, Bhaderwah were also present.
