CRPF man injured; 3 structures, 2 vehicles damaged in fire

Srinagar, Mar 3: A paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force man was injured while three structures and two vehicles were gutted in a fire inside an army camp of 41 RR at Izgund, Khumriyal in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on this evening.
The fire started at around 06:00 pm and engulfed the camp having in-store oil barrels.
Soon after the incident, the fire tenders reached the spot and doused off the flames.
In the incident, three structures, two vehicles and several oil-barrel stores were gutted. A CRPF man sustained burn injuries in his hand.
An official said that a kerosene cane slipped out of hand of a CRPF personnel and it caught fire as a stove was burning nearby.
