SAMBA, Mar 3:Under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner, Samba, Rohit Khajuria, anti encroachment drive was carried out in district Samba in which more than 30 illegal establishments were dismantled besides five Kanals and eight Marlas of land was retrieved.
Giving the details of anti encroachment drive it was informed that two kanals and eight Marlas encroached common land under Khasra Number 635 at village Chak Dulma and three Kanals of State land under Khasra Number 861/401 at village Madoon in tehsil Rajpura was retrieved during today’s drive launched against land mafia.
The encroachment drive team was headed by Sub Divisional Magistrate Ram Kesh Sharma, Tehsildar Rajpura, Suresh Singh, Sudhir Sadhotra SHO Rajpura, OC Gref Vinay Singh, besides other officials of Revenue, PWD and police were also present on the spot.
