CRPF distributes goods among flood victims

REASI, Mar 12: 126th Battalion of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) under its Civic Action Plan distributed goods and items among the flood victims in Dera Baba area according to their needs. Commandant of Battalion, Randeep Kumar handed over utensils, stoves, blankets and various other essential commodities to villagers of the Tanda, Serri and Mansu. The aim of the programme was to strengthen the bonds between CRPF personnel and villagers so that smooth development of villagers could be ensured. Addressing the gathering, Commandant Randeep Kumar said, “CRPF is always dedicated for the establishment of peace and development of the area in which it deployed”. “We are your friends and you could easily share your problems to us”, he added. On the occasion 2IC Jasbeer Singh, Deputy Commandant Puran Singh and large number of people from villages Tanda, Seri and Mansu were present.
