JAMMU, Nov 7: CJM Reasi Kamlesh Pandita today rejected the bail application of CRPF jawan namely Jagdish Raj, a resident of Reasi, who was allegedly booked in a rape case.
After hearing CPO DP Singh for the State, CJM observed, “the offences alleged to have been committed by the accused/applicant are heinous and against the collective conscience of the society”.
With these observations, court dismissed the application.
