POONCH, Mar 14: The cross LoC trade via Chakkan-da-Bagh in district Poonch was resumed today and 28 trucks loaded with goods exchanged sides.
An official spokesman said that goods in 25 loaded trucks, including fruits and tamarind worth Rs 93.77 lakh was sent to that side by the Indian traders while only three truck goods worth Rs 17.31 lakh including herbs and dry dates arrived here from PoK. After February 26, the trade was resumed at this LoC point today. The LoC point was opened between 12.30 pm and 1 pm and then between 3 pm and 3.30 pm.
