I agree with the author that clever Ministers have made their money cleverly and not so clever ones, like A. Raja got caught, What A. Raja was doing was not different from what others ministers have always done.
Right from 1947, after Britishers left India, all ministers and Govt. officials indulged in corruption. Due to illiteracy and ignorance, India had no leader who could provide proper leadership, governance and guide the nation. Common man did not think of anything else except Congress and Nehru-Gandhi family. Money belonging to the national and State treasuries was spent as if it was earned by Congress leaders. Impression was created as if CBI, CAG and Election Commission of India, even Supreme Court were departments of Govt. of India, properly said Congress Govt. No body dared to speak against Congress regime. Population explosion took place.
Indian rulers have promoted communalism, casteism and regionalism so that common people do not unite against corrupt and rulers continue to loot public money, without any obstacles.
