Crime Branch, Jammu (CBJ) Charges-sheeted accused for duping the complainants by offering Govt. jobs.

Jammu:  Crime Branch Jammu charge-sheeted accused – 1) Master Mohd. Hanief S/o Said Mohd. R/o Kheri Tehsil Haveli District Poonch, a Govt. teacher by profession and 2) Tawoos Hussain Sr. Assistant Animal Husbandry Department Civil Secretariat S/O Haji Massadiq Hussain R/O Kamal Kota Uri District Baramula A/P Qtr. No.245-Z Bemina, Srinagar, in case FIR No. 68/2015 U/S 420/120-B/RPC P/S Crime Branch, Jammu for luring the complaints on the pretext of arranging Govt. Jobs and duping them of their hard earned Rs.7,44,000/- fraudulently.

A written complaint lodged by Mohd. Hanief S/o Ajab Hussain R/o Karmara in Crime Branch, Jammu through General Administration Department Civil Secretariat J&K. The accused misappropriated the money, thereby causing wrongful gain to themselves and wrongful loss to the complainants on the pretext of providing Government job.

Crime Branch, Jammu conducted a preliminary verification, allegations were prima-facie substantiated and accordingly the instant case was registered for thorough investigation. During investigation the allegations of fraud and cheating meted out to the complainants by the accused were proved against him after collection of material evidence both oral and documentary. The challan of the case has been produced in the Hon’ble Court of Railways, Jammu.
