JAMMU, Sept 10: 2nd Additional Munsiff Jammu, Aarti Mohan today restrained temporarily Chairperson, Director and Returning Officer of the Women Credit Cooperative Ltd from running its affairs.
This direction was passed by 2nd Additional Munsiff Jammu in a suit filed by Swarna Kumari and Sunita Devi seeking election of Jammu Women Credit Cooperative Ltd Jammu as null and void and restraining defendants from occupying the office of Directors of the society and operating accounts,
After hearing Advocate Bindu Khajuria appearing for the plaintiffs, the court also issued notice to respondents.
