JAMMU, Mar 19: Court today restrained employees association from interfering into management, administration, conduct and operation of the activities of J&K Dharmarth Trust.
The presiding officer of the Court of 2nd Additional District Judge, Jammu, Virinder Singh Bhou, in a suit filed by J&K Dharmarth Trust, restrained office bearers and members of Dharmarth Trust Employees Association (DTEA), prominently Vivek Bandral, President DTEA; Sumit Sharma, Secretary DTEA and Pritam Sharma and Karnail Chand, ex employees, from interfering into the peaceful and uninterrupted conduct and operation of the Trust by its management, which include the religious activities in the temples and other allied properties /institutions owned, managed and controlled by the Trust.
The court has also restrained them from causing any interference in the collection of Chadhawa/ offerings from the religious temples.
Besides, Rashmi Sharma, Incharge Headmistress Shree Raghunathji Paathshala, Jammu and Parveen Khajuria, Principal, Ranbir Sanskrit Mahavidyala Birpur have been restrained from closing the schools/educational institutions under the name and style of Shree Raghunath ji Paathshala, Jammu and Ranbir Sanskrit, Mahavidyala, Birpur in violation of the Government Order No. 19-Edu of 2021 dated 22-02-2021.
