KISHTWAR, Oct 11: Chief Judicial Magistrate Kishtwar Ajay Kumar Gupta rejected the bail of Sajjad Hussain and Zakir Hussain, residents of Tatani Saroor who are facing charges of indulging in sacrilegious act.
The CJM after hearing pleas from the counsel and the prosecuting officer rejected the bail applications of the accused persons realizing seriousness of the offence which may create communal tension. These accused were arrested by Kishtwar police vide FIR No. 249/2012 and under Section 298 -RPC on September 29 this year.
