JAMMU, May 20: Judicial Magistrate Akhnoor, Jeewan Kumar today granted 15 days judicial remand of the then SHO Khour, Mohammad Iqbal Chagattaa and female SPO Mamta Kumari, who were allegedly involved in rape case.
While granting judicial remand, Judicial Magistrate Akhnoor observed, “the offences are heinous in nature”. The Magistrate directed the Police to produce the accused before the court on completion of judicial remand.
