JAMMU, Mar 6: Principal Sessions Judge Kulgam, Subhash C Gupta today rejected the bail application of heroin smuggler Ahmad Bhat and Manzoor Ahmed Bhat, who were arrested on December 17, 2014.
The court, after hearing both the sides, observed, “accused are involved in various heinous offence and bail cannot be granted at this stage”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
