JAMMU, Mar 1: Chief Judicial Magistrate Budgam, Kamlesh Pandita has rejected the bail application of Muzaffar Ahmed Waggy, who was arrested by the police in case of kidnapping and rape with a minor on February 17, 2015.
“The offence committed by the accused person is heinous and is not only against the individual but against the society at large and while considering the bail application different yardsticks are to be taken into account like the gravity of the offence and its impact on the society at large”, the court said.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
