JAMMU, Nov 22: Councillor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Anil Kumar Masoom here today started the construction work of community hall at Sain Samaj Sabha in Ward 10 which will incur an expenditure of Rs. 17.84 lakh.
BJP leaders Yudhvir Sethi and Priya Sethi were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Masoom appealed the general public to come forward and cooperate with JMC in various development works undertaken by it within Jammu city.
He urged upon the residents to avoid single use plastic and polythene in routine works and refrain from throwing debris, garbage and filth in public drains and lanes.
The Councillor stressed on adopting the habit of segregation of dry and wet garbage by the people at their level so that Jammu can be made a neat and clean city.
Speaking on the occasion Yudhvir Sethi said since Anil Massom became Councillor of Ward 10, numerous developmental works have accomplished in the Ward.
