UDHAMPUR, Aug 23: The Devika Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd, Venus Chowk (Sailan Talab) Branch, Udhampur, has implemented Core Banking Solution (CBS) enabled services.
The facility was formally inaugurated by Deputy Inspector General of Police Udhampur Reasi Range Garib Dass who appreciated the performance of the bank and said the cooperative banks were performing very well and providing all type of facilities to their customers.
Vikram Singh Slathia, Chairman of the Bank speaking on the occasion said, keeping in view the cut throat competition and customers need, the bank has implemented the Core Banking Solution (CBS).
The CEO of the Bank, Rakesh Sharma highlighted the achievement of the bank and said the Devika Bank was first bank in Cooperative sector in J&K which has gone online and also said that out of four co-operative banks, the rating of Devika bank was “A”.
In the end, Vishal Sanmotra, Manager of the Venus Chowk Branch, thanked all the dignitaries present on the occasion, who included Ramesh Chander Sharma (Dupty Registrar Cooperative), Board of Directors D N Bhagat, Tilak Raj Khajuria , ex Board of Directors B B Sharma, P N Sharma, Ashok Kumar Baria, promoters Kavi Raj Sharma, Brij Mohan Sharma, Kishore Kumar Gupta, Arun Parkash Gupta, Hukam Chand Gupta, Pardeep Chopra and others.
