JAMMU: A police constable died while one person sustained injuries when a sumo vehicle they were travelling in met with an accident in Doda district.
“A private Sumo vehicle this morning met with an accident and rolled down near Jaatar in Assar area of Doda,” police here said on Sunday.
They said that one selection grade constable identified as Rattan Lal died in the mishap while injured namely Tilak Raj was rushed to the hospital.
“The deceased was reportedly a private security officer of Congress MLC,” police added. (AGENCIES)
