RAMBAN, June 9: Large number of contractors held protest and blocked the Batote-Kishtwar highway for couple of hours.
The protesting contractors were demanding release of their liabilities worth Rs 7 crore.

The protesting contractors serve 15 days ultimatum to Government to release the liabilities failing which they will protest in aggressive manner.
