JAMMU, Oct 19: A meeting of PDP activists from Kokernag Assembly segment was held here today in which the various issues confronting the displaced people were discussed.
The representatives of various villages of the constituency attended the meeting which was organized by Kanya Lal Raina. The meeting expressed grave concern over the deplorable condition of various shrines in the area and demanded the immediate reconstruction of the damaged temples and shrines.
Addressing the meeting Nana Ji Wattal PDP leader from the area said Mr Abdul Rahim Rather that Party candidate from the Constituency has assured that reconstruction of all managed shrines and temples in the Constituency will be his top priority.
The meeting appealed the people to strengthen the Party. Mahraj Krishan Bhat, Durga Nath Bhat, D N Pandita, Bushan Lal Bhat, Vinod Bhat and others attended the meeting.
