JAMMU, Nov 22: Pradesh Congress Committee General Secretary, Yogesh Sawhney has said that BJP leader Kavinder Gupta’s justification for Governor’s order on allegations that PDP-Congress-NC alliance is a Pakistani conspiracy, was a false claim having no base.
In a handout Sawhney said what proof or sources does Gupta have to prove his claim?
“And what about the democratic rights of these parties to form a Government if they are willing? If Kavinder cites PDP’s history of having links with Pakistan, why didn’t it stop his own party from forming a Government with them back then when they were in alliance with PDP,” the Congress leader said in his statement.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Governor yesterday ordered to dissolve the J&K Legislative Assembly as PDP was claiming the support of NC and Congress to form a Government.
