JAMMU, July 19: The annual congregation of All India Rohmetra Mahajan Biradari will be held on July 21 (Sunday) at Devsthan Temple, Sector 14, behind Power House, Shiva Ji Chowk, Nanak Nagar, Jammu.
Giving details of the programme after chairing a meeting of the Biradari, its president Parbhakar Rohmetra said that Havan and Dev-Poojan will be held at 6 AM, breakfast from 7 to 10 AM and Bhandara will be organized from 10 AM onwards. He requested all the Biradari members to attend the congregation and seek blessings of Kuldevta Baba Pargan Nath Ji. Among others present in the meeting were Prabhakar Rohmetra, Yogesh Rohmetra, Ravi Rohmetra, Pardeep Rohmetra, Satpal Rohmetra, Yash Pal Rohmetra, Moolraj Rohmetra, Ajay Rohmetra, Neeraj Rohmetra, Vinay Rohmetra and Abhishek Rohmetra.
Arora Biradari which includes more than 800 sub-castes like Sachdeva, Nagpal, Vermani, Sethi, Grover, Thukral, Ahuja, Kwatra, Manocha, Dua, Chawla, Gulati, Dhaluja and Gandhi etc is going to celebrate their annual congregation on 21st July. The main function shall commence with Prayer, Pooja and Hawan at Arorbans Sabha (Kacchi Chawni) at 7 AM which shall later be shifted to Sanctum Sanctorum at Radha Krishan Temple popularly known as ‘Billu Ka Mandir’. The function will conclude with community langar.
The annual congregation of Fangala Biradari will be held on July 21 at Devsthan of Devi Satyawati in Ward Number 8, Samba. The function will start at 9 AM with Pooja and conclude with Bhandara.
