SUNDERBANI, Feb 12: Senior Congress leaders and former MLCs, Ravinder Sharma and Naresh Gupta have said that Congress will emerge stronger and bounce back to power in J& K after Assembly elections.
Addressing a meeting of Congress workers at Sunderbani today, JKPCC senior vice president and chief spokesperson, Ravinder Sharma and vice president and former MLC Naresh Gupta AICC observer for Jammu Lok Sabha seat, today claimed that Congress will come back to power in J&K after emerging as single largest party will form government with like minded secular parties.
They said that Congress will emerge stronger enough to form the government with like minded parties, as no party will be able to form government without Congress which is only secular and democratic party in the country, fighting against dictatorship of Modi Government.
The senior Congress leaders said that people are fed up with anti- poor and anti- common people policies of the ruling party whose diversionary and divisive politics is exposed before people.
Urging party workers to gear up for the ensuing Lok Sabha elections , they said Congress believes in Hindi- Muslim unity and religious brotherhood for peace and harmony in the country. They said that record unemployment of last 45 years, price rise, murder of democracy in J&K apart from snatching statehood, rights to land and jobs, failure to regularise daily wagers and stopping of old age, widow pension and crushing rights of employees are all anti- people actions of BJP government.
Congress fought for freedom and democracy while Modi government is ruling the country with the help of ED, CBI, IT & other agencies and targeting opposition leaders.
